We provide coverage for larger events such as, business holiday parties, promotional events, fundraisers, galas, networking, shows, and workshops. As well as coverage for small occassions like, milestone birthday celebrations, grand openings, private holiday parties, and so much more.


Jennifer Lynn Pictures will document your celebration so you don't have to worry about taking the pictures yourself or worry about cell phone quality.


2025 Pricing Starts at $425

Included:

  • First 2 hours of shooting included.
  • You can expect 40-80 photos per hour delivered. Varies based on nature of event.
  • Shots you can expect from an event: Small group photos, candid shots of people engaging, detail shots of the space/decor, speakers, etc.
  • Unless otherwise requested, I give each guest photographed a QR code so they can personally access the gallery and download their photos for free. This option tends to be much appreciated with guests in attendance.
  • Cannot be used for a wedding, as that requires much more extensive planning and equipment. Could potentially be used for a reception with further discussed limitations at this price point.


Optional Upgrades:

  • $50 to add your logo to the corner of all of the images (need png file)
  • $50 per half hour of coverage after the first two hours.
  • $150 for entire gallery: Premium AI retouching including blemish removal, face shine reducing, glasses glare removal, double chin reducing and fly away hair reducer can be added to entire gallery. This is option is only available to be added to every guest in the entire gallery. To isolate a single person or people would potentially add cost.


Next Steps for Booking:

  • Contact me using the form below. Describe your event and the date and times desired, along with any questions you may have. I will get back to you within 2 business days.
  • Sales Tax will be added. $200 deposit to book your date (non-refundable.) The rest will be invoiced 2 weeks before the event and must be paid in full before the event.
